About Monique Meredith

Monique Meredith has worked with creative and expressive arts, health and healing practices for more than 20 years through individual, social, community, ecological and spiritual development work, teaching and workshops. She has professional training qualifications in Britain, the USA and Australia. She works as a practitioner of psychological, ecological and spiritual counselling, creative and expressive arts as therapy, and traditional healing methods. Monique integrates this in her physician work with mind-body and holistic medicine.

Monique has travelled with her work to people in many regions of the world, including Asia, Europe and South America. She’s passionate about education, experiential learning, her fellow human beings and our relationship with wild nature. Her vision is to connect people’s inner and outer lives, so that they may experience true embodiment of soul, come to self-actualisation, and bring about positive change in themselves and for the world. To help heal the individual is to heal the village.

Monique has her own established professional practice where she works with individuals in private therapy and group workshops. She also facilitates group workshops for a broad range of organisations. Monique educates people in the field of Transpersonal, Integrative and Holistic practices for mental, emotional, spiritual and ecological health and wellbeing.
